NTT Data is one of the top 10 largest IT service companies in the world, operating in more than 50 countries and with over 140,000 employees.

The challenge was to create a campaign to attract creative STEM talent and highlight the company employee value proposition.

A TV spot was developed for LATAM and for the Spanish market, as well a print ads and social network posts under the same concept, with great national and international reception.
