Ferrovial is a multinational engineering company special communicate needs. In this case, I needed to create an attractive employer brand to achieve a double objective:
Attract recent graduate STEM talent more attracted to tech companies.
Highlight the company employee vale proposition and the performance of employees to create pride of belonging.
Sprint, in collaboration with SoWhat, created the employer brand. From inception to corporate identity and print campaign, to videos in which the undisputed protagonist is the work carried out by employees. Everything to attract STEM talent and solve a crucial strategic problem for the company.
